Payments

There are several ways to pay your water bill including in person, mail, night deposit box, on the Internet or bank draft.
 

Paying in Person

For fast service, you may pay your bill in person. All payments made in person are posted to your account at that time. Please bring cash, check or money order between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 P.M.., Monday through Friday to:

Delinquent accounts should be paid in person at the City Hall, 201 East Main.
 

Paying by Mail

Payments by mail are processed daily, make check or money order out to IPWA. To pay by mail, send check or money order payment to:

Paying by Night Deposit Box


Our night deposit box is located on the outside of City Hall on the east wall next to the drive through window.  Delinquent accounts paid using the Night Deposit Box require a $35.00 reconnect fee. The deposits at this location are picked-up weekday mornings for processing that next day.

All Payments deposited after 4:00 PM, will not be posted until the next business day. Service interruption may occur if payments are deposited the day as your scheduled due date.

Please do not use cash when making payment using the night deposit drop box. Please drop payment by CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY into drop box located at:

Online Water Bill Payments

Any customer with an on-line water bill user account can make a via their credit card or debit card.  Customers will be assessed a convenience fee.

 

Paying by Bank Draft


The Idabel Public Works Authority can draft only from a checking account. Contact 580-286-5631 for details.  Customers may now have their checking account automatically debited for the amount of their water bill. This convenient service is free to the customer allowing worry free payment of their account on the date the account is due.
