To establish, change, or terminate Water Service, please contact our Billing Office by phone at 580-286-5631 or email WaterBilling@idabel-ok.gov, as our office is closed do to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Residents must call or email the Water Department during this time to set up service, our customer service personnel will help you with making this connection during this pandemic. When establishing water service, any applications submitted after 3 PM will not be connected until the following business day. Deposits must be paid in full by cash only before service will be connected.
